The page address, what you typed, what you expected and what you saw. For display problems, say which device and browser you use. Please do not send payslips, tax or social security numbers or other personal documents.
What we cannot do
We cannot give personal tax or financial advice, change your tax code or contact a tax authority for you. Your country’s tax authority can help with your own tax.

We aim to reply within a few working days. Reports of a wrong figure get looked at first.
Can you check my tax for me?
We cannot give personal tax advice. Use your government’s own tool, which each country’s pages link to, or contact your tax authority. In the UK, our payslip checker can help you spot which line to ask about.
Do I need to send personal details?
No. Please do not send tax or social security numbers, payslips or other personal documents. The page address and a short description are enough.
